Difficulty Posting Blogroll

Hello Followers.  I had a little difficulty in completing this assignment because I could not find out how to add the blogroll to my blog.  Note to colleagues- the help screen on Google Blogger lists the "Design" tab and "Layout"--it's the same thing, but took me 30 minutes of looking to figure that out...have fun!
